LadyFit Personal Training is a unique personal training service providing 1 to 1 or small group sessions to ladies and couples throughout Nottingham and surrounding areas. Whatever your fitness, weight loss or nutritional goals, a Personal Trainer can motivate you and ultimately help you achieve your goals quicker.

Michelle is a Qualified Personal Trainer, located in Nottingham with many years experience in the fitness industry. Michelle is a registered exercise professional (see REPS website: www.exerciseregister.org) and is continually training to keep her knowledge up to date.
With a personal, individual and empathetic approach to Fitness and Weight Management, Michelle will make you feel comfortable and will provide constant support throughout your training.
By incorporating fitness plans into your daily or weekly schedule, you are more likely to reach your goals. Whether it be getting fit, losing some fat or just toning your body.
